CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE:

  • A minimum of 20% discount must be offered.
  • Each store must provide tracking results to your CPS Group Account Representative no later than April 4, 2025.
  • Kimco has final approval of all participating retailer offers.
  • Offers are limited to fifteen (15) words or less.
  • The mailer will be available via the centers' digital platforms and shoppers may redeem your offer on their smartphone.
  • The offers will locally distributed on the shuttle to/from the Spring Training Games.
  • Share your offer with your associates so everyone is aware of the program.
  • There will be one overall disclaimer applied for all offers. However, if a retailer supplies additional disclaimer language, it will be applied.
  • Please make sure your offer, any additional disclaimer and your store name appear as they should print in the Direct Mail piece.
