Kimco Realty will be executing a special Spring Savings Direct Mail campaign for several centers. The mailers will be distributed to area households beginning July 23, 2026 and will be valid until August 23, 2026.

Simply select the corresponding Kimco center in the drop down menu on the portal and submit your offer. This is a FREE opportunity for your business.

CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE:

A minimum of 20% discount must be offered.
Each store must provide tracking results to your CPS Group Account Representative no later than August 31, 2026.
Kimco has final approval of all participating retailer offers.
Offers are limited to fifteen (15) words or less.
The mailer will be available via the centers' digital platforms and shoppers may redeem your offer on their smartphone.
Share your offer with your associates so everyone is aware of the program.
There will be one overall disclaimer applied for all offers. However, if a retailer supplies additional disclaimer language, it will be applied.
Please make sure your offer, any additional disclaimer and your store name appear as they should print in the Direct Mail pieces.
