Exclusive Offers are available to all Simon+ members and form the foundation of the program—simple, scalable, and proven to motivate trips and conversion.  Offers will also be used for tourism travel trade partners, international and domestic tourists as well as marketing to visitors via community programs at select properties. 

 

Drive immediate traffic and new customer acquisition with exclusive, members-only discounts promoted across Simon+ channels — on-mall signage, digital promotions, and member communications reaching millions of engaged shoppers.

 

Tips for a Strong Offer

  • Make it clear, compelling, and easy to redeem.
  • Use a % off or $ off incentive that drives urgency (e.g., 20% off one item or $15 off $75).
  • Keep the offer consistent across participating locations whenever possible.

 

Note: Separate submissions are required for each brand and for Outlet vs. Full-Price stores that have different offers.
