Description

Town & Country Crossing will be executing a special Spring Savings Direct Mail campaign for several centers.  The mailers will be distributed to area households beginning November 5, 2026 and will be valid until December 31, 2026.  


This FREE opportunity for your business is on a first come first served basis.  


CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE:

  • A minimum of 20% discount must be offered.
  • Each store must provide tracking results to your CPS Group Account Representative no later than January 8, 2027.
  • Kimco has final approval of all participating retailer offers.
  • Offers are limited to fifteen (15) words or less.
  • The mailer will be available via the centers' digital platforms and shoppers may redeem your offer on their smartphone.
  • Share your offer with your associates so everyone is aware of the program.
  • There will be one overall disclaimer applied for all offers. However, if a retailer supplies additional disclaimer language, it will be applied.
  • Please make sure your offer, any additional disclaimer and your store name appear as they should print in the Direct Mail pieces.
